Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has tested positive for the virus. He was admitted to the hospital and will be replaced by his deputy until he recovers. US President Donald Trump said the recent trade deal with China is now of secondary importance to the pandemic. His administration is crafting retaliation measures against China and he threatened to add new tariffs against the country. This is due to what the administration sees as a mishandling of the outbreak by China. The US Office of Director of National Intelligence released a statement saying they believe the virus was not man made or genetically modified. However, in the daily press conference President Trump said he has seen evidence that the virus originated from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Although he didn't specify what the evidence was.
