"I keep a Marine Basic Module THULS (reports section only) in my admin pouch ready at all times in the field. If I have any call signs for birds or grids of pre-planned LZ's, I pencil them in before I go out. I use the rest of the THULS back at the barracks to teach my team. It's a great resource for hip pocket classes. I would absolutely recommend the Marine Basic Module THULS. Because of the excellent information in it, I'm thinking of picking up one of the other ones because I'm sure it'll be just as good."
