1. About This Position

Mission Essential Gear is a veteran owned custom apparel company producing embroidered and printed gear for military, fire, and law enforcement organizations. We are looking for one reliable person to run our production floor.

2. Duties

• Operate our commercial embroidery machine (Ricoma two head): hooping, threading, running jobs, and basic maintenance
• Operate our direct to garment printer (Epson F3070): pretreat, print, and cure
• Quality check finished goods before they ship
• Pack and label orders
• Keep the floor and machines clean and maintained

3. Requirements

• Shows up on time, every time. This matters more than experience.
• Careful with detail. A misaligned logo is a garment we eat the cost of.
• Comfortable around machinery and willing to learn maintenance
• Able to lift 40 pounds and stand for a shift
• Can follow a written process exactly, and flag it when something looks wrong instead of pushing through

Experience is welcome but not required. If you have run embroidery or DTG before, tell us. If you have not, but you are mechanically minded and detail oriented, we will train you.
