POSITION OVERVIEW
JOB TYPE Part-Time
HOURS 15–30 hours per week
SCHEDULE Monday–Friday, flexible between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
REQUIREMENT Must be onsite no later than 9:00 AM
MINIMUM 3 days per week / 15 hours minimum
PAY $12–$17/hour (Dependent on Qualifications)
BONUS $500 sign-on bonus for well-qualified candidates
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

MEGC handles over 7,000 shipments annually for more than 40 contracted clients, printing up to 3,000 items per month. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on apparel decoration experience who executes with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITY NOTES
Operate and maintain DTG printing equipment Core production skill — daily use
Prepare and process artwork for production File prep, placement, and print-ready setup
Execute print jobs with accuracy and efficiency Speed and consistency are equally important
Perform quality control on finished products Every item checked before staging
Assist with order flow, staging & fulfillment As needed based on production volume
Maintain a clean, organized production workspace Standard end-of-shift expectation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
SKILL AREA DETAIL INCENTIVE ADD-ON
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing Highest priority — tested before approval TIER 1  +$2.00/hr
Adobe Illustrator File setup, vector work, print prep TIER 2  +$1.50/hr
Embroidery Machine Operations Setup, troubleshooting, file config TIER 3  +$1.00/hr
Screen Print Operations General screen print process knowledge TIER 4  +$0.50/hr
Incentive pay is cumulative. Candidates who qualify across multiple tiers earn all applicable add-ons simultaneously. Skills are tested and verified before any tier is approved. All incentives are in addition to the base hourly rate of $12–$17/hr.
